As a privately owned business, Dragon Computer Services is geared towards customer satisfaction. There is no "sales staff" out gathering business. Which means that our customers are the "sales staff". This simply means that we will do whatever we can to insure the customer is satisfied.
I pride myself of being customer oriented. While some companies may give you exactly what you ask for, we strive to find out exactly what you need. We will not sell you equipment that is above and beyond what you require. We will do our best to find out what you need and what we can do to meet those needs. It is our goal to see that you have everything you need to run your business smoothly.
You need someone to maintain your network. It is not a question, but a fact. The question is, do you need a full-time person? If you only have few computers, you probably only need periodic maintenance and someone to call if you have a problem or question. That is where we come in. Dragon Computer Services can do weekly, bi-monthly or monthly maintenance, and we offer emergency service 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Need a question answered? Or help with something? Full time onsite repair in Pahrump is coming soon while currently we do offer some weekend appointments.
